    @Luzdeyub Actually if you’re in shape, obese or overweight any type of jumping or physical activity is bad for not just your knees but, also your joints. Which is why It is important that you sit back with your spine in straight alignment making sure your knees dont pass your toes and you are using your hamstrings and quads to absorve the jump. Which gives more strain to the muscle tissue causing it to tear and rebuild more making the muscles around your joints stronger being Lunges or squats.
