I am 5&#8217;2 and 176lbs. I have a lot of belly fat which I am seeking to lose.<br />
I have lost 50 pounds so far, but am now struggling.<br />
If I maintain a healthy diet, exercise 5 days a week (I usually do cardio)<br />
and take:<br />
Omega 3 fish oil, chromium picolinate, and b12,<br />
will these aid in my weight loss?</p>
<p>Any additional tips would be great, thank you.</p>

A basic age appropriate multivitamin and the fish oil are all you need.<br />
The chromium a B supplements are ineffective.<br />
Some dubious doctors and dietitians are giving B shots but there is no medically accepted evidence it increases weight loss. B vitamins are supposed to give us more energy. Exercising burns calories, not energy.<br />

Hi.  My New Years resolution is to lose about 30-35 pounds.  I am currently 5&#8217;4 and 153 pounds.  I am sick of the way I feel, and was wondering if I should use a fat burner to help me lose the weight.  My fiancee does not like fat burners, but I want some other opinions.  I have never NEVER had a weight problem in my life until recently.  I am set on being fit again and will do whatever it takes.  So I was wondering are fat burners safe? Which ones work best? Or should I even take one at all? Please any advice would be amazing! Thanks</p>

hello. i am almost 14 years old, 5&#8243;3, and weigh about 105lbs.</p>
<p>I am planning to start a water-only fast as of tomorrow and i am going to try and stick to it for at least about 10 days or so. I am not doing this solely for weight loss (mostly for detoxification and to learn to apreciate food and suffice my cravings etc), but i would like to know how much weight i could lose after 1 week (7 days) of water fasting?</p>
<p>I know what alot of people think about water fasting but trust me ive done my research so please no &#8220;its not safe/healthy&#8221; answers.</p>

please note that a water fast does not mean you dont drink water &#8211; it means that the only thing you consume is water so you wont dehydrate.</p>

<p><i>Answer by Mad Hatter</i><br/>I&#8217;ve read that a person&#8217;s soul weighs about 0.2grams. So, I would say in about 3 days you will lose about 0.2grams because you&#8217;re going to die. </p>
<p>It takes 3 days to die from dehydration. Less, if you sweat.</p>
<p>This isn&#8217;t a &#8220;it&#8217;s not safe/healthy&#8221; answer. If you don&#8217;t drink water for 7 days, you WILL die. There is absolutely a 100% chance that you will be dead.</p>

<p>What is exactly Asthma? Asthma is an inflammatory disorder of the airways, which causes attacks of wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing.Causes, incidence, and risk factors Asthma is caused by inflammation in the airways. When an asthma attack occurs, the muscles surrounding the airways become tight and the lining of the air passages swells. This reduces the amount of air that can pass by. In sensitive people, asthma symptoms can be triggered by breathing in allergy-causing substances (called allergens or triggers). Im 5 foot 7. Weight approx. 150 pounds.<br />
I would like to lose one stone before I start university in October.<br />
I have started to eat healthy. Drinking plenty of water.<br />
I have started this jogging plan.</p>

<p>I also walk about an hour and half when the weather is good. Which at the moment hasn&#8217;t been a lot but was everyday.<br />
I have cut my calorie intake to about 1200 one day and 1500. So it alternates.<br />
Is this enough to help me lose weight?<br />
Walking for long peroids of time and this jogging plan to build up my fitness as it is very poor. Is one stone a reasonable amount of weight to lose before end of September.</p>
