Quite by accident, I came across a video trailer for a book called The 4 Hour Body by a chap called Timothy Ferriss. This would prove to be both my inspiration and saviour when it came to getting fast weight loss results.

After viewing this trailer I was very intrigued and set about finding out more about this wonder book that promised fast weight loss. Firstly, I wanted to know a little more about this Tim Ferriss character as it was the first time I had encountered him. I soon realised his credentials were pretty good, having written a No.1 best seller called The 4 Hour Work Week.
